ProLogistica Planning is a Sales & Operation Planning tool intended for planning purchases, sales, and production, based on demand forecasts determined with the use of advanced statistical algorithms. Prologistica Planning allows for coordinating cooperation between the company’s departments, suppliers, and recipients, as well as for automating business processes. This software enables you to, among others, increase sales and purchase teams efficiency, integrate sales, purchase, and production plans, and streamline the processes of budgeting and company profitability management


PLAN CONFRONTATION

ProLogistica Planning allows many users from different departments to work in one system, in defined planning worksheets. After obtaining appropriate authorizations, each user can create plans (e.g. sales or production plan), and then confront them with plans from other departments and a system forecast, study historic plan deviations from the history of sale, and a lot more. This system allows for the coordination of action of many employees at the same time, which enables you to create one common plan for everyone


DEFINING NEW MEASURES AND PLANNING SHEETS

The system ensures the possibility to add unlimited number of measures that are both calculated and not calculated. After a user defines a new measure, it is saved in the system, and the users can define new planning sheets according to the created measures


DATA VISUALIZATION

The system allows for configuring and creating diagrams providing data view. A user can choose the years from which the data should come from and any measures in order to display their values on the diagram


BUSINESS ACTIVITY INDICATORS

The system allows you to study business activity indicators: YTD – to note the results of activities from the beginning of the calendar year to the present day, YTG – to note the results of activities that should be introduced by the company from the present day in order to achieve the result from the previous year, MAX – maximum values in the current and previous year, from the beginning of the calendar year to the present day


REPORTING

The system provides the possibility to define different types of reports agreed individually with the Clients. These can include e.g. reports of forecast quality, effectiveness, and a lot more
